BHGRE Contact Manager / LeadRouter Integration

One of the many helpful features of the BHGRE Contact Manager (CRM) is its integration with LeadRouter. You can choose to “sync” leads in LeadRouter to the BHGRE CRM, so that when you manage your contacts, updates will be sent to LeadRouter. Also, when status changes are made to a lead in LeadRouter, updates will be sent to your contact record in the BHGRE CRM. This document outlines these updates from LeadRouter to the BHGRE CRM and vice-versa.

How to Sync Your Leads with the BHGRE CRM
o Once you set up your BHGRE CRM account within The Greenhouse, you will be able to push your leads from LeadRouter to the BHGRE CRM. To push a LeadRouter lead to your CRM, the user needs to do the following:

1) Log into LeadRouter and click the “Your Leads” button at the top of the page
2) For the desired lead, click the “Update Lead” button to the right of the lead
3) Select the “Sync to CRM” option at the bottom of the status list, then click “Save & Continue Updated”. *If an update is due on the lead, you must provide the update, or select “Change Status Button” before selecting “Sync to CRM”.

o After step 3, on the top right of lead detail page, there will be an icon indicating ‘Pending Sync to CRM’. Once the lead is synced with your CRM, an icon will appear on the lead detail page indicating ‘Synced to CRM’. The pending icon will appear until synced and may take a few minutes.

o When a lead is pushed to the BHGRE CRM, the following lead information is sent (if included in Lead Router): First name, Last name, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Email Address, Phone 1 and Type, Phone 2 and Type, Phone 3 and Type, Lead Status. With the exception of the Street Address field, once a lead is Synced from LeaadRouter to your contacts, when you make changes to any of these fields in LeadRouter, the update will be sent to the BHGRE CRM automatically.

o Leads will not automatically be sent from LeadRouter to your contacts from because not every lead is a contact. This also allows you to decide / select if a lead in Leadrouter should be treated as a contact; if not, you could update the lead status in LeadRouter to propose as bogus or cold or return to broker. When you take action on, or update a contact in the CRM, that is synced with LeadRouter, updates will be passed to LeadRouter to help you stay in compliance with your business rules.
