Introducing the New Xpress Plus Program
We believe that Just Listed mailings are an essential way to reinforce our brand and to generate buyer and seller leads. Xpress Plus will automate the Just Listed process and replaces the previous program of $25 XpressDocs credits for every listing. We want to be sure that all of our listings are marketed consistently and we can promise every one of our Sellers a Just Listed mailing to promote their property to the local neighborhood.
Xpress Plus will automatically create a 50 piece Just Listed postcard order when a listing is taken. The admin of the office will send a proof to the agent for approval. Agents will have 48 hours to approve or request changes, after which the admins will process the orders.
Agents will still be able to send more cards if desired. The cost for additional cards will be paid by the agent directly through Xpress Docs.
Xpress Plus covers Single Family Residential, Condos, and Co-ops. Listings must be over $100,000. For New Developments, see you manager about other marketing programs available.
This program will go in effect on February 1, 2014. Listings taken before then will still be given the $25 credit as was policy. Credits will remain until February 28th, 2014 4PM.
Agents must complete their default profile on Xpress docs, including uploading their profile photo, setting their default mailing circle and template selection. Agents can also select if they wish to send to a recurring geo-farm, or to the 50 closest houses as per the mailing list.
Admins will be responsible for completing the process of creating the mailing, editing the text to eliminate abbreviations, and will then send a proof to the agent. A non-response after 48 hours will be considered approval and the mailing will be sent by the admin.
