How2 Upload Your Profile Picture Into RandCenter

Your Randcenter profile picture is going to be used in a variety of ways:

• On the RandRealty.com office directory of agents, so clients can find you.
• On the internal RandCenter agent directory, so agents can find you.
• On all your Randcenter Presentation Center presentations.
• On your personal RandRealty.com home page.

So that’s an important picture.  Make sure it’s a good one.  Do not use a photo that has low resolution, or is an “action” photo of you with other people or in motion.  It should be a portrait quality picture, in high resolution, so that you look the best.  If you upload a photo that does not meet our professional guidelines, we will not be able to accept it.

If you have a good photo of yourself that you want to use, here is how you can upload it into Randcenter.

1. Make sure you know where the photo is on your computer hard drive. If possible, put it in a place that you can easily find.
2. Log on to RandCenter.com and find the home page.
3. Look on the top right, where it says “Welcome” and then your name.  You see that next to your name there is a link for “(Edit Profile)”.  Click that link.
4. You’re now in the “Manage & Edit Agent Profile” Section.  Look for the “Choose File” link and click it.
5. Find your photo and hit “Submit” or “Choose”.

Once you have submitted your photo, allow the Marketing Department about 24-48 hours to approve the photo. If the photo is approved, you will start seeing it on the site. If it is not, then you will be contacted about submitted an alternative photo.
